I got a lot of Cherry Tomatoes from my own garden so keep making salad!
i served this one with some salmon but you could just added Grill chicken or eat it like this
I cooked 1/2 cup of bulgur and 1/2 cup of Barley according to the packaging ( i used a 10 minutes ready one )
Once cook and just drizzled while hot some olive oil and lemon just according to taste and salt and peppers. ( For that salad with the salmon i made a reduce balsamic sauce ( Balsamic + honey and brown sugar ...boiled in the pan until you get a thick sauce)
I just added tons of cherry tomatoes cut in half and herbs and red onions as well.
The salad was simple but delicious
