no dairies in it .
2 pounds of carrots
3 tablespoons of fresh gingers
half a onions
3 celery sticks
Chicken broth ( i use cubes stock that i had to the water you water to be at least a good inch above the veggies so you have enough liquid to blend)
2 medium white potatoes but could do with sweet potatoes me think
Boiled everything until carrots are tender and potatoes and blend with blender !
