Ryvita sesame crispbread

Mmmm mmm !! These are sooooo nice with cottage cheese and wafter ham slices. I could have carried on and on ...

37 calories each (the ryvita alone), I can cope with that!
10 calories per Sainsburys wafer think ham
36.5 calories per 50g non fat cottage cheese (based on Sainsburys be good to yourself)

Omg they're amazing! Someone gave me one at work the other day and I was in love! My downfall is rice cakes! I've had to stop buying them cos I just sit and eat them!
