Lentils Hazelnut Salad

This was delicious !

Lentils cold mix with gently grill hazelnut mix with little tomatoes i used as a base recipe the cook-book Plenty from YOTAM OTTOLENGHI

Looks very nice! I am hesitating)) But if you say it was delicious then i need to try) All the ingredients are ok for me...

Is this like a salad?

Not a big fan of lentils. I thought they needed cooking? But looks good

yes it is a salad ...and yes you have to cook the lentils first and cool them but here in CA you can find them already cook and store in the cold section. So it is very simple to boil and cook lentils.
The lentils and nuts really pair well together goes well with side of meat or on his own and salmon ..lentils taste really good with salmon

That looks lovely, I had some really nice lentil salad with my Mum last week and it really got me into them. Really pretty too.
