Apples and caramel dip

I have found a sweet treat that I really like and it's not really high in calories. I bought a few pounds of apples and then some fat free caramel dip. I measure out 2 tbsp of the caramel dip, heat it up in the microwave, and dip my apple into it. It's yummy and less than 200 calories.

Ooh yum, I have never thought of doing that before but it certainly makes fruit sound more enjoyable!

Apples and caramel sounds yummy! What kind of caramel dip do you buy and where do you buy it from? I have only ever seen kits for making those caramel-covered apples on popsicle sticks, like the ones you can buy at the fair sometimes. I've never seen just the dip by itself.

Depending on the dip you get the calories can fluctuate. We love this as a good snack too but it seems like our local store likes to run specials on everything but the good stuff that is always low in calories. The same goes with those little cheese packets you can get too.
