Yeah! walking is one of the best! easy but still effective if go far;-)) I used to put some anticellulite cream on my butt, wore special pants and walk..walk...walk...)))

Cardio exercises are best for weight lose. You can do walk,jogging,running and cycling. All these exercises are also my favorite. These are helpful for losing weight quickly.
