Fell back into the takeaway trap

That's what I've done this last 3 months during moving #hide #oops

I've had more takeways over the last 3 months than I had in the last 2 years I am sure. I'm lucky to have only put on 10/11lbs from it.

Now to get out of that trap because I originally moved to somewhere temp as a friends friend has their house empty and on the market allowing me to rent it while I find a more suitable place which I have and move in 2 weeks haha! MUST not order takeaways ... bloated and blergh!

As soon as you're in and set up, do a big batch cook! Then there's no excuses :P You'll get the weight off in no time.

Between now and then I just have to say no to convenient or I'm going to really do damage, I think that's enough. Back to training this week too and I have to have the mindset of #noexcuses or I won't have any clothes that fit me... I gave them all away! x

It is hard to not fall into the takeaway trap, especially when you're so busy. Takeaways are so convenient! You will get back on track though, you can do it

See I've never really kicked myself for having food I really like but takeaways always make me feel like **** and are always down to laziness end of a busy day. The habit has to go.
