Wow, it feels like I haven't been here in forever. I really need to hold myself accountable so I am back. I have had a lot of changes in the last few months. I ended a relationship (14 years), sent my daughter off to college (only child), bought a new home (closing was a nightmare) and started a new job.
I think all of these things have made me very naughty. I have been eating terrible. I just grab things when I get hungry. I haven't planned any meals in forever.
I'm back and I need to get on track!
