Too many changes

Wow, it feels like I haven't been here in forever. I really need to hold myself accountable so I am back. I have had a lot of changes in the last few months. I ended a relationship (14 years), sent my daughter off to college (only child), bought a new home (closing was a nightmare) and started a new job.

I think all of these things have made me very naughty. I have been eating terrible. I just grab things when I get hungry. I haven't planned any meals in forever.

I'm back and I need to get on track!

Welcome back! It sounds like you have been through so much lately and it can be really hard to stay on track when there are so many changes going on around you.
Hopefully things are starting to settle down now and you can get back on track. Good luck!

A new year is coming! I think I kind of gave up on the rest of this year and have already started planning for the next one.

That is a lot of changes. I hope they all turn out to be happy ones for you.

The end of the relationship was a long time coming. It was just bad timing though - right when I sent my daughter off to college. Learning to live alone is hard, when life gets hard, I turn to food. I have now turned to exercise.
