Which is your Achilles heel? For some people it is one over the other, but I struggle with both, at totally different times of the month. Sometimes I can eat really well and not crave either and then it just hits me BAM!!!! I need _____. And it's funny, I never crave them both at the same time. This week it's salt, so I pick what I am going to salt (I usually don't use much at all) and I go crazy. Then I'm fine again. Same with sweet stuff. I give in (and try not to go too nuts) and the craving usually goes away.
