Purition Shakes

Hello, I am a 5ft3, 30 year old woman who weighs 97 kilograms. I was a UK size 10 at 64kilograms back in 2011. I have been a lot lighter than that but I don't think i was healthy at that size so I would like to go back down to 64kilograms as I believe that was my healthiest weight. I started Purition shakes today and I intend to replace 2 meals a day followed by gentle exercise. I want to start now as I'm afraid that If i leave it too long, i would lose my skin elasticity and be left witn excess loose skin after losing weight. Do you think that 4kilograms a month is pushing it?

Hi

Just under 9lbs a month, doable - A healthy drop is 1-2lbs a week. It depends on your diet program and exercise program. Losing weight rapidly is least advised where loose skin is concerned and more sustainable anyway. With exercise you can also experience slower weight loss but other measurements going down.

Good luck
