MsMissy, I have been doing a combination of calorie counting and occasionally the 5:2 diet, which worked for a couple of months, but I find that diet helps me not to binge so much too, although I find calorie counting to be more effective in my weight loss. I also go to the gym up to 4 times a week and play netball twice a week too.
It's taken me 18mths to lose it, and I'm eventually
hoping to get down to around 11.5st, and then see what happens. That will probably take another year or so at least though, so I just accept that it's my life now, making healthier choices to make myself happier
