My Cousin's Weight Loss Success Story

Hi there

I just thought I would post a link to my blog about the success my cousin has had in her decade long battle with her weight.

I helped her out with some support and things, but I thought that success stories are always motivational, and she did great, even with some slip ups on the way.

Just to note in the interest of openness, I am a trainer and coach, but have no intentions of trying to get referrals or anything like that, just hope that her story might motivate some, give a few tips, and help to make the weight loss process just that tiny bit easier.

Please feel free to ask any questions about what we did, I'm happy to divulge the concepts if they help

Best Wishes

Steve

Thanks Marie - she's finally done it, and hopefully will keep it up. It's what I love about the coaching thing, I get so much happiness from helping people get towards their goals, it's a nice job most of the time :-)

I've just put another testimonial up, this one from a lady in her late 50's. You want to see some nice looking biceps you've got to check this out :-)

Amazing I can imagine it really is wonderful to see the change you have helped someone achieve - especially when they have such fabulous results. Thanks for sharing these, they are really inspirational

Thanks, it's really got shared around on Facebook, 118 shares so far today, not quite viral, but people love a weight loss success story
