A friend shared this recipe with me and Oh My God!!! Seriously, you HAVE to try this. Amazeballs!!
Choc muffin recipe....melt butter in 2 ramekins in microwave...1 tablespoon of butter in each. Put around 30-40 grams of ground almonds in a bowl with half a teaspoon of baking powder,3 teaspoons of cocoa powder,6-8 teaspoons of sweetner. Swirl the melted butter around the ramekins sides then add the butter to the dry mix, crack an egg in too and mix it will feel thick and grainy...add water until it is like a batter, not too thin.
Microwave each one separately between 1 min 20 seconds- 1 min 45 seconds.
Only fill up ramekin about 3/4 up
Amount of almonds and timings depends on how big your ramekins are xx they are done when you take them out, shake them and they should turn out easily.
