Do any of you have any recipes for low carb desserts? My husband is a diabetic and eats a strictly low carb diet, but he was telling me the one thing he misses most is dessert on occasion. Any ideas?
You can make cookies with dry coconuts or dry fruits. Also a pie is good, if you don't use much flour, better take more eggs. My favourite low card dessert is cheese cake that I make at home.
