This last week, we ate far too much bread and pasta and I can feel the effects on my stomach. I have been so bloated and sore the last few days. I went through the kitchen and threw out the last bits of bread and rolls. We usually don't eat much of it, but for some reason last week, we "splurged" and got some bakery goods. Now I know why we don't usually do that, Thank goodness it's gone now, I know that if it isn't here, we won't bother with it. Back to almost no processed carbs! Whew!
