Broken down

I might be off the exercise kick for a bit. I tumbled down some stairs this weekend and took most of the weight to my right elbow and my back side. I have never realized how much this can hurt until now, kind of wish I had a little more padding back there. Anyone been through this before? I doubt I broke anything other than my pride but it sure does hurt a good bit.

Ouch! I'm sorry that happened to you. It definitely hurts to land on your tailbone, as well as your elbow. It is actually possible to fracture your tailbone or you may have just badly bruised it. I hope you start feeling better soon.

Oh no, don't think any padding would have saved ya My friend fell down the stairs about 3 weeks ago and was all sorts of shades of black and blue down her side. Hope you feel better soon
