Over the last couple of weeks I have watched videos and practised. I think I have cracked it. The only thing I find hard is holding the wool over my fingers. it keeps slipping off or it's too tight. But I am getting there.
You have to use your little finger as a brake Huntress. Wool goes up between little finger and ring, over little and back up between (one wrap around) then over ring middler and first. First and thumb are holding work and middle is stuck up to make gap for the hook to pick up the yarn. I'd show a picture but I'm on Aistralia and have no crochet.
