New Years resolutions

Mine are just to eat healthy and to go to the gym more often.

Did anyone else make any New Years resolutions?

I renewed my resolutions to be more strict about my eating. I've been having too many cheat days happen.

I had to quit my gym last week because the cost was increasing for this year so I also resolved to walk more, even if it's snowing.

I bought a new diet diary for 2015 so I can keep track of the days that I exercise and write down my weights and measurements to help keep on track.

Happy New Year!

I made a resolution to not make any resolutions this year. Every year I make a bunch of them, I never stick with them. I would like to get healthier this year, but I didn't make it a resolution.

I didn't make a resolution this year. In the past, I always made one to lose X number of pounds (usually 50) but by February, I was off the diet, not exercising, and probably a couple of pounds heavier instead of lighter. This year I am not going to make it a resolution, nor am I going to make a bunch of huge changes all at once. I'm going to do it little by little and just let the weight come off as it will.

My resolution is to look the way I used to look and lose weight. And I want to get back to running.
