It's so hard to find the balance isn't it wobbs? I've loads of frozen fruit and veg in the freezer, especially berries for my smoothies!
Ab wise, I'm trying to stick to at home workouts, been doing a 10week all over challenge and 30 day ab challenge. Although I've not done anything this week as I've been trying to catch up on sleep
there's defo abs somewhere under there though, just too much fat to see them ATM
so chuffed to have you on the team
I've always been a bit dairy intollerant, milkshakes and ice cream have always had to be avoided
but it's all making me dodgy now unless in tiny quantities!
Tbh I've not been massively healthy this week, a new chippy opened in the village this week and it's part of a chain that are in the top10 in England, so obvs I had to try some chips
but I've been making a lot better choices to normal!
