The Noob

Hi guys

After years of yo-yoing I've decided to give this a try. Currently trying to eat sensibly by cutting most of my junk food habits.

Hopefully being part of a community will help me sustain and manage a healthy lifestyle.

Honestly I have no idea I have cut junk out of my diet and takeaways Its been suggested that I calorie count so I have been. Hitting roughly 1200 a day

I think I miss takeaways until I have them and regret them ... I can never eat as much as I once did either.
