i was just looking for a recipe!

hi guys, im sian age 39, i stumbled along this site whilst looking for a homemade rice pudding recipe! ive struggled with my weight all my adult life, but after the death of my daughter thats when i hit a all time high almost 21st, even being diagnosed with diabetes didnt give me the motivation to change. When my relationship ended, i started to lose weight unintentionally at first, but managed to lose 5st myself then struggled a bit, so joined slimming world lost 2 n bit more stone, but find it hard to get to class a lot of the time due to my youngest son being on the autistic spectrum and not very good socially. Last time i went to class in september, and since then i have gained over half a stone, not good! im looking to do it myself again this time, looking to get serious again now on monday when i go back to work ( i find being in work helps due to walking 5 miles per day, i only work term time) so ive used today to fill my fridge up with healthy foods ready to get back on track monday. good luck to you all on your journeys i wish you the best of luck!... oh and the diabetes? i got the all clear last september!!

Hi Wobbles
Thank you, well i weighed in this morning at 15st 9lbs.... not happy with myself, but not gonna dwell on it too much, as its time of the month which always leaves me slightly heavier too, roughly 5 miles clocked up walking back n forth work, kept mostly on plann bar 3 choc biscuits ( i did say i had that flow lol) and back to drinking plenty of water... meals planned out for tomorow, actually looking forward to the challenge, want a 2 stone loss for my birthday at the beginning of may!! fingers crossed i can do it

We have to remember we are human too ...

I'm the same, time of month bloats me and nothing changes. Feeling it's close by today myself.

Good luck
