New to this, good afternoon

Good afternoon all.
I am making the conscious decision to make changes to my lifestyle, as it is the only part of my life that I am not happy about. It has been my Achilles heel for years, but I want to be in control of it and not the other way round.

So I am looking for support, people to talk to, ideas and encouragement.

I find myself getting frustrated as I am a counsellor and have a really in-depth understanding of the mind, but with this personal topic struggle to find consistency of change.

But this time will be different.

Be good to be around people who get it.

Welcome and good luck. I'm sure there will be plenty of good advice and encouragement if you need it. 😀

Hi and welcome to Social Slimmers

I don't know much about Achilles but a friend suffers. She does a lot of stretching through some light running.

What fitness are you interested in?

Good morning. I enjoy racket sports, and want to be in a place where I can play and then not need to stop because my back/sciatica is playing me up. Consistency I want.
I would also like a good routine for morning stretches as I struggle with tight leg muscles.

Thanks
