Hey everyone. I'm Derry. I'm a 26 year old guy who has finally found a diet program that I can stick to, as it has helped me physically and emotionally. I'll try to summarize my story. I've had depression since 2009, and have had massive weight gains from 2011 to recently until now. I wanted to join this community to get to chat with others who are dieting or trying to diet. I do plan on building muscle up, as I have a neighbor willing to let me use his equipment. Anyways that's my story . Hope to chat with you all sometime.

Hi Derry,
Good work finding something you can stick to! You've probably come to the right place. What's you're strength routine? Hopefully you've got a good mix of the main compound movements and big lifts in there? Squats, rows, presses and deadlifts 😀
