Failed SW target member

Hi,
I'm new to online dieting. Lost 3 1/2 stone on SW a couple of years ago, but it is gradually creeping back. I'm still ahead of where I was when I started, but I can't find the motivation to get back on plan on my own and I'm too ashamed to go back to group!
Hoping you gu can give me the push I need to get on with it.

I know that feeling, and I know it can just be annoying when you can't get yourself back on track.

Do you think you would find it helpful to post food diaries? Others on SW can help where we see anything, or even for recipe ideas?

Thanks for the welcome...be be honest with myself, I know what I SHOULD be doing, but I lack the discipline to do it. A food diary might make me feel guiltiest though so it's worth a shot!
