Hello I'm new to social slimmers.

I have always struggled with my weight since the birth of my first child, nearly 18 years ago. during my pregnancy I put on 9 stone and lost it again afterwards but since then I have put on and lost 6-7 stone over the years on and off. I hate my weight and am currently heavier than i was when I had my eldest. I am am member of weight watchers and I really believe it works, it did for me the first time around though I know it is more than just what I eat its also about how I feel and what I think about food. I am hoping that by joining this forum maybe speaking with like minded people i can get to a place where I can take control of my eating

Welcome to social slimmers lucie!
You are absolutely in the right place for support, there are plenty of us here that have been/are in the same boat as you and we're all here for each other!
You've already said you know WW works for you, so it's just a case of getting back into that frame of mind. Which some of us will agree that it can be difficult to do, but you will get there
Best of luck!!

Hi Lucie

Welcome to Social Slimmers

It's not easy starting this journey, it's a mental challenge in my opinion but it's worth battling to the winning point ... the winning point isn't the final goal but the feeling of control, you being the person in control and it does happen if you can battle through that stage.

Good luck ... you can do it #repeat
