Hello

Hello

Just found this website,
I Want to lose 1 stone so after trying all the slim fast and detoxes which worked for like 2 days I wanted to try something else,
My freind said about sliming world so I joined about 1 month ago and loved it, I lost 1/2 stone and got my award,

I was really happy but after my weigh in I don't seem to be trying anymore and for the last week have eaten rubbish and not followed the plan at all,

It's my weigh in tommorow so I am trying to be good today,

I maybe will have to start again on Monday as I have lots of family and freinds visiting this weekend

Hi Lydia, welcome to Social Slimmers

Well done on your 1.5 stone loss! That's fantastic!

Sometimes we need those weeks where we do eat rubbish and don't stick to plan.
You obviously know how to follow the SW plan, but do you usually use your syns through the week? I'm wondering if maybe you've avoided using them and you've felt deprived at all?

It may not be that, and it could just literally be one of those weeks where you've become complacent and subconciously wanted to binge on other things...
Don't worry too much, it happens to all of us at some point!

My suggestion would be to get back on plan ASAP, but if you've got lots of plans this weekend, maybe stick to plan as much as possible whilst you're at home, and then when your plans take place, be as good as you can, but still enjoy yourself.

The best part about SW is that you can have a social life and still be within plan, but you can have those 'off days' and as long as you get back on plan as soon as possible, you are likely to limit and 'damage' you may have done.

You will get back on plan, sometimes we just need the week off to get back into it if that makes sense?

How I keep motivation is by having a cheat day once a week. That way you still get to have the foods you love and it stops your body from going into starvation mode. Along with the extra metabolism boost it gives you. Good luck to you.
