Hey joining the group

Hi I'm from Ireland had a baby 2 months ago and currently at my biggest Iv ever been 15stone 7 ounces 😭 I needed to loose weight but also have high good healthy calories as I'm breastfeeding also and taut this would be the best direction.. While I'm bf I feel hungry a lot and pick at foods.. So fingers crossed my 1st weigh in on Wednesday will go well 😉 Kinda nervous 😁 Looking forward to all yere help

Hi Sarah I'm following slimming world diet 😃 Seemed like the best one for me at this time .. I know it works for ppl jus still kinda nervous about weigh in as u can eat potatoes and pasta but hopefully I'll get used to it 👍🏼

I knopw they've got a good plan for women who breastfeed and follow SW (I hvaen't followed anything else since SW for 5 years, so no clue what the others suggest ) but we've had lots of pregnant and breastfeeding women follow SW in our groups, and their midwives, etc. have always been happy with them doing that as they've stayed healthy

It will take some time to get used to, as does any plan, but once you get into the swing of it it's pretty straight forward
