Hi

Hi All,
I'm brand new to the forum, today is day one of my diet.. I'm hoping for a little support when it all gets too much and I want to give in (this is the way my dieting usually goes!) I've planned my days food and once I've packed the kids off to school I'm getting the skipping rope out and I'm going to try for 5 minutes constant skipping wish me luck!

Which plan are you following? Or are you following your own healthy eating plan?

Thank you for all the replies I'm calorie counting, my biggest weakness is my feeder husband! He is now und strict instruction not to buy me chocolate or cakes as a 'treat' I am a size 14/16 and really hope to get to 10/12. I haven't weighed myself as I get so down when I've been really good and then only lose 1/2lb so I've taken my measurements and know it's going to be a while before I see the benefits. I'm not looking forward to this evening as that's when I usually start snacking but I've just started to do some crochet to keep myself busy!

I can see what you mean about the scales, I've been so disappointed with losses some weeks (or maintain's!) but then I've noticed the inches start reducing instead... personally, I like to see both going down, but we each have our different ways to lose weight

Good luck tonight, hopefully the crochet keeps your mind of the snacks
