I am jean, joined s/w last April and lost just over 4stone, struggling now to lose my next stone, any ideas would be really appreciated thanks

Hi Jean, and welcome Have you mixed your food up a bit, swapping favourites for something new? Like stewed fruit instead of bread for your HEB for example. I think it helps. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water too.

That last part of the journey always seems slower for most, it did for me ... drove me a bit crazy lol

If you have hit stuck, try mixing up what you eat. Are you following a plan?

Have you tried going back to basics and reading through the plan again as if you are a new member. sometimes we can be complacent with the plan. i did this and it really helped.

Have you looked back at old menu plans when you lost that week.

Also agree with above posts aswell.
