Hi becnoah

Welcome to Social Slimmers

Although they are a free food and you can technically eat as many as you like, I'm a firm believer that all free foods should be eaten in moderation.
Rather than reaching for a yogurt when you are hungry, why not grab some of the speed foods? Apple, satsumas, pears, berries, etc. You can have as many speed foods as you like, and the more you eat the speedier your losses are likely to be

Good luck for WI! Fingers are crossed you have a good loss
They shouldn't have done any damage, they are free foods after all so there's no harm in eating them Speeds are just a better choice to help increase your losses

Hi, welcome to the forum.

I agree with Sarah, although fat free yogurts are a 'free' food on Slimming world, I've found that it's best for me to not go overboard with them. I'm also careful with my portions when having rice, pasta or potatoes and fill meals out with 'speed' food.

Good luck at weigh-in, I look forward to hearing how you do.

Hi and welcome

I tend to load up a bowl of fruit then add a yoghurt that is SW friendly. It's a great pudding and snack, but like anything it's about balance. There are still calories involved even though we don't count them. so as others have said portion size and frequency matters. Having something with protein and speed foods will keep you full for longer. So perhaps reviewing your meals will lead to less snacking?

well done continuing and working out where changes could make a difference.

Hi becnoah,

Welcome to Social Slimmers.

I am of the same thinking as Sarah although 'free' all food should be in moderation.
