Have you tried overnight oats? You can get that fat free yogurt loaded up with fruit and oats and it makes a great breakfast, and oats can be your Healthy Extra B so it makes sure you fit your healthy extras in!!

Have a great weigh in!! x

I usually have a portion of fat free yogurt on a daily basis, sometimes I have a couple of portions but I eat loads of fruit and veg as well, and yes, I think moderation is the key but surely snacking on free foods is better than indulging in too many syns? wise snacking has to be a better option
It has to be about balance though, I try and include as many speed foods as I can ie vegetables, berries, melon etc
