Hi

Hi everyone, found this forum a couple of days ago. Read some of the posts and thought it a safe place to include in my weight loss journey. Since having 2 children (oldest 2) I've kept an extra 15lbs on. I've lost a lot of muscle tone and generally don't feel good about where I'm at physically. Ready to commit to change but in much need of support. I already feel energized by what I've read on the forum. Thinking of joining the January challenge.

Wobbles, I am not following a particular plan. Right now focusing on exercising more consistently and making better decisions meal to meal. My meals are generally well balanced and healthy and i will eat healthier snacks, but on top of that I like sweets, cakey sweets and will eat those on top of everything else. So I generally consume more calories than I need to.

Missbelle, yes I was very active and in great shape when I went into my first pregnancy. However I did not have the motivation to stay on top of that while pregnant. I didn't go crazy, but 1/2 way through I completely stopped exercising. When I decided to get my act together about a year after my baby girl was born, I got pregnant again. That pregnancy was more challenging. Now he's 13 months. I'm still nursing, but no longer pumping. So I can go to the gym on lunch again.
