Smile

Hi all...

So about 4 weeks ago I joined Slimming World and in the 2nd week I lost 4 pounds. But then after then I've found it difficult to motivate myself. I'm really annoyed with myself for not sticking to it, but right now i'm finding it hard to motivate myself

So I'm here to try and find people who will motivate me and help me through some pretty tough weeks ahead

Cheers guys

Hi and welcome

There are loads of us doing SW - a lot of us have journals on here, with daily chat and food diaries.

I've found SW really motivated me, but perhaps starting a journal and dairying your food - where we can offer support and you can get tips and advice from our diaries or on yours along the way will help?

We have a summer challenge too to get us through the school holidays..

Look forward to seeing you around the board.

Thank you PurpleJ, I think what it is lately is that i've got a lot of stress going on in my life at the moment and occasionally the odd chocolate bar finds its way in my life lol.
I think I might just start uploading my food diary. Is it possible to read through other peoples to get inspiration?

haha now that would throw you off track so defo something to be addressed. Maybe you could get the odd little freddo or kids bar for a treat after weigh in ? as a reward?

yes, have a look at the journal section - there are loads of us post, do be warned there is general chatter as well as food so it's mixed in there .

Starting your own journal will help with accountability and we can feedback if need be too

Hi LisaMarie. If you're looking for support and motivation, you're in the right place. These guys are amazing! Have a look at our food journals for inspiration. Good luck.
