Hi !

Found the site after minimins closed down.
Lost 5 stone doing the Green plan on Sw then lost my way, put all back on again. Rejoined in January when they launched the new plans, gutted to find no mention of the original/green plan in my group tho was told info still available online.
Anyway long story short I left group and I'm going it alone, have faffed about for months but finally realise I've got to knuckle down and get this weight off !
Looking forward to being part of a forum again and getting to know everyone x

Hi Lisa,

Welcome

Didn't your group leader have the information for those plans... strange it's been taken offline though, people do days on an off the green days and original plan!

When you say go it alone just going the 'healthier' route no specific diet plan?

You've smashed it before and you will again ... looking forward to following your journey x

Oh I see ... equally annoying though.

I never did the green plan ... what are the basic rules to the plan?

With the old plans the original had most meat/fish as free foods and the green had all carbs as free foods.
Free foods were to be eaten unlimited with no weighing or measuring.
Then you would have a daily choice of dairy and 2 other choices for either carbs/meat depending which plan you were doing that day. So on a green day you could choose a measured amount of fish/meat or extra cheese and on original certain carbs.
Then they brought in EE and the recommendation of a 1/3 superfree (veg)with each meal to limit the carbs/meat.
I can kind of see why they have changed the plan but for the vegetarians I don't think it's as good, I do eat meat/fish but not a vast amount, think I'm a part time veggie
