Hi all

Hi all!!

I have already been posting before introducing myself - sorry!

I have been doing SW properly since March - I have lost a stone so far.
I have had to transfer my group membership to an online one thanks to work. I am here for that extra support I will miss from group.

Currently a little frustrated with SW, I have maintained my weight for around 3 weeks now!!

Still staying positive reminding myself that;
the slower it goes the more likely I will keep it of
the weight will not go over night, it will take time
and at least I haven't gained any weight!

I am currently following the NEW EE plan!

Happy Slimming Everyone!

Hey! I'm signed up on line now too! Couldn't get a club time to suit! I'm rubbish at dieting, I've never stuck for long but I'm determined with a little bit of planning I will get my head in the right place to see it through with SW! X

SW is not really diet so you'll be fine. It's all about cooking food from scratch. I don't miss anything. You can still have a bit of chocolate, just syn it.
It's a bit confusing in the beginning, so don't hesitate to ask any questions.

Welcome to Social Slimmers.

I think the best way to look at it as healthy eating rather than a diet. Once you start thinking diet then you start looking at the negatives. On Slimming World you can still enjoy those 'naughty' foods by syning them. It just means you can't overeat on them.
