Hi everyone :D

Hi everyone, I'm another minimins refugee !

I'm lyricallie, I'm 22 and live in London. However I'm a Glasgow girl through and through. I follow Slimming World, I started last April (it was my lenten promise) however when I moved to London in September after I finished Uni to start my new job I gained all the weight off that I had lost and some!

So now I'm trying to lose 2st1, I've lost 7lb so far (just got my half stone award) and I've still got a long way to go

My weigh ins are on a Tuesday night

Hi Lyricallie

It's a real shame about minimins (always had a lot of respect for that site)

So a 1lb loss tonight which I'm actually quite annoyed about as I thought I put a lot of work in and it kind of seems for not a lot of gain

Hi lyricallie!

Welcome to Social Slimmers

I did similar when we moved and gained some of what I had worked hard to lose but you can only move forward now ... we can do it

Well done on what you have lost so far. Don't knock the 1lb although I do with others understand your frustration there are a lot more factors than the scales. 1lb is said to be a healthy drop and it's not a plus right?

Looking forward to following the rest of your journey
