Hi all! I guess I've jumped on board the whole "new year, new you" bandwagon because, yet again, I've made weight loss related New Year's resolutions. I'm doing it differently this year, though. Instead of setting a weight loss goal of X-number of pounds, I'm setting a goal to change my habits so that the weight loss happens subsequently. Wish me luck!

Hi Cathlete!

Nothing wrong with using the new year to make better habits! I love your plan ... I did mini targets both scales, tape measure and clothes and it kept me going constantly.
