New to forum & slimming world

Hello!
Just thought bid introduce myself as I've just joined up.
I'm looking to gain inspiration and support while swapping tasty recipe ideas.
Is there anyone else from Kent on here?

Since late summer last year. In all honesty I haven't lost an awful lot I love my food so I count it as a win if I lose 1lb a week

Do you have much to lose? I found I lost lots in the first 2 months on SW and then it has been a bit of a battle since.

BTW Kent is a lovely area. I have friends down that way

I'm going for 5 stone (gulp!)
Started swimming again this week so I have my fingers crossed for a good first result although I do feel a bit apprehensive that I could actually loose weight as I feel like I am always eating or planning meals.

The good thing I find with SW is that it's less of a diet and more about putting structure into eating habits. Plus the food/recipes are really nice Was saying on a thread yesterday that I'm pretty sure that the admin here lost 5 stone last year and sure she was on slimming world. So totally doable
