Hello! Newbie here!

Hi everyone. I'm embo and I'm so excited to join a site dedicated to diet and fitness

I lost 5 stone to fit in my wedding dress by following Weight Watchers and different exercise. My Wedding day was July 27th last year.

I'm still at a five stone loss and although I'm really glad I've maintained this weight (within 10 lbs or so) I'm also really mad at myself for not keeping the momentum going. I could be at goal by now if I'd carried on.

I have a tendency to be really hard on myself and beat myself up. I'm also an emotional eater and binge on occasion.

I love exercising. My regime at the moment is 30 day shred, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, C25k (just about to start week 4) and very long walks with my older children. I've just joined the gym where I hope to get into weights and classes. So excited to do Zumba!!

Anyway sorry for the mahoooosive intro and I'm looking forward to meeting new like minded friends and I've seen a couple of friends I already know

18lbs just to get rid of the beer belly lol. 18+ to get down to a 'normal' BMI
