Hi,

I am William,

guys I am 26 years old, 6 foot 1 and about 320 lbs. I am doing regular exercise every day but i cannot control my weight, help me..

Hi William

At least you have height on your side (I'm only 5' 8.5" ). I found when I exercised I actually put on weight, but when I exclusively dieted without going out of my way to exercise then I lost. Guess it's a case of dieting first and weaning into workouts. When you say exercise, do you mean at a gym?

Hi William.

Along with your daily exercise, are you doing anything different with your diet and the types of things you are eating? Those two things together are the key to controlling your weight.

Hi good luck with your weight loss! Typically, weight loss is about 80% diet and 20% exercise. So you could spend hours a day exercising, but if you eat say mcdonalds 3x a day, you won't lose much! I'm sure you'll get loads of good advice on here though!

Welcome to the forum.

I learnt to take measurements when exercising regularly and not just pay attention to the scales.

What kind of workouts? How intense? Have you changed your diet?
