I got knocked off track by a respiratory infection, and my usual workouts are difficult at current because I'm still recovering. Any suggestions on some less intensive exercises I could do while I recuperate?

Maybe something like yoga/pilates? That way you're still getting a bit of strength stuff in there! Hope you're feeling better soon xx

Just slow it down and hold those horses. I tried to get back up into my normal workouts after the last time I was sick. It was a horrible idea and I fell it too. It is good that you are starting out slow, the last thing you want to do is end up jumping back in the saddle too quick.
