Ouch

So long off yesterday felt like the first ever day and today oh boy do I hurt legs mostly! Hope it goes away soon!

I've to do at least 1 hour cardio tomorrow if it kills me!

Seems like the older we all get, the longer it takes to bounce back from the aches and pains, doesn't it? Have you tried some ibuprofen and a hot soak?

I was awful after an hour cardio yesterday but today it seems to have eased up. A something is stuck up my rear end look walking, stairs were the worst

PIFT at the older ...

I did a hot bath which did nothing but make me sleepy!

Ouch, about the thing stuck in the rear end style of walking. It's always funny to see others in that state even though I know it hurts.
