My buddy and I won the challenge. Really made up as I pictured us ending up doing at least 1 of the forfeits as we are both office workers but it really moved my butt and helped me realise just how inactive I was. I don't walk as much but it has changed and I walk more locally, have still had a couple of late night strolls and when inside all day on office computer when I take a break I will go for a short stroll along Conwy instead of feeling sorry for myself slumped over desk with a coffee to try wake myself up!

Your general health can be maintained or improved by walking. Just 30 minutes of exercise every day can enhance cardiovascular health, reduce excess body fat, and increase muscle endurance and strength.

you are doing a good job. I would suggest 75 hard challenges after completing this. Trust me 75 hard challenges will completely change your lifestyle.

Sounds like an incre*dible fitness challenge. Walking is indeed an excellent way to stay active and achieve your daily step goals. It's truly impre*ssive that you have not only kept up with the challenge but also surpassed your step count during a dark walk. Make sure to prior*itize listening to your body and taking rest days when necessary. Your dedic*ation is commen*dable, and I'm genuinely excited to hear more about your progress in this challenge.
