I like to move it

I知 one of those people with no discipline when it comes to workout routines and gym membership. I知 easily bored and I give up easily so I dance my way to a better weight. Dancing is so underrated when it comes to fitness and exercise, yet it痴 something that keeps me motivated. My kids taught me a new dance move called dugging it痴 fun and it exercises every part of the body, and it keeps me feeling young!

I love dancing and its supposed up burn a fair few cals = result! That reminds me, must dig my just dance 4 back out and get my groove on again

I turn on my oldies playlist and rock out in my office. Best workout ever and I have fun doing it. I don't do this every day, but try for at least three days a week, extra from any other exercise.
