suggestions please

Hy guys, I need to reduce my weight. I am just 23 years and 103 kg. Recently one of my friends had a heart attack due to his over weight and I don't wanna happen the same to me. Can you guys please suggest me some effective weight loss ideas? I have tried a lot, but none got work. I have heard about Harvey Brooker Weight Loss Program which is a men's weight loss program and many people said me to make a try of it. Your suggestions please.

Hi Patri, welcome to Social Slimmers.

I can't comment on the Harvey Brooker program (1. I'm female, but 2. I've not heard of it!)
But I am a firm supporter of Slimming World. It's more of a healthy eating plan rather than a diet and it's a more sustainable way of life to continue with once you reach your target weight.

Good luck in finding a weight loss program that suits you, you'll have to keep us updated!

You will feel really happy with the workout lifestyle, believe me.

I donít recommend you to work out for 60 minutes; 15 minutes are fine for me as long as I am hitting the right parts..
The body stores carbohydrates and fat as a fuel, but after following fitness routine it will train itself to consume less carbs and burn more.

Your scenario isn't that bad .Considering you are only 23. My response would be based on the assumption that you have'nt started bodybuilding, since you haven'nt mention it in your post.
Don't start weight training straight away, first do cardio for a month.Goal here is to loose at least 5-6 kgs. Then slowly start doing weight training, based on 70-30 ratio( 70 being cardio sessions). Then after every month keep increasing the weight training session, until you make it 50-50.By this time, ideally you should have lost 20 kg's, if you're diet is strict .
