Opinions Pleaseee!

I'm following the Slimming World plan and recently decided to buy myself a Fitbit. I went to PC World to buy one yesterday and then came across the Jawbone UP2 on offer. I left empty handed because I just couldn't decide. The fitbit I was going to by myself was the zip and it looks really good. I understand the Jawbone measures more like sleep and you can log food too.
I can't decide between the two. I know they both connect to an app and I like the idea of this.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you

I've got the Fitbit Flex. I can track food eaten, water intake, calories burned, calories eaten, steps taken, how much sleep I have (or don't have in my case lol) and can also do challenges against any friends and family that have a fitbit. You can log exercise too and it has a general idea of how many calories you've burned doing said exercise.
It sits in a bracelet and you wear it just like a watch. I forget I'm wearing it most of the time! I got mine on offer from Amazon in Dec 2014 for £40 (I think!)

I did look at others, but settled on the Flex in the end, no particular reason why, I just liked it lol

I have got the Fitbit flex too and I love it. I can see all the steps I do, take part in step challenges, it logs sleep and you can link it to my fitness pal app. I'm definitely glad I chose this one as it's very motivating

Not sure if you got a Fitbit but the Xiaomi MI Band 1S is a pretty decent low cost alternative that has much better battery life (10 days ) and is a lot more water resistant. Does heart rate, sleep, calories etc. Only issue is motion sensor is a bit more sensitive and if you gesticulate a lot when talking it can ramp up your step count. Still for £25 is not bad.
