Fitness Balls

Who has one? I am shopping around and I see all types of brands and prices, the highest was over two hundred bucks for a ball. I just had to laugh at that one. I have seen a few like BOSU, is that worth the price?

Wow where did you see one for that price

Over here in the UK you can get fitness balls for under £10 either, not sure they would make any difference compared to others more expensive, more likely branded.

Holy cow! Was that ball made of gold or what? I picked one up for $20ish. There are several different balls out there. I think the key is sitting on one and seeing how it feels. I like the weighted ones, they don't roll as easy. I have not mastered my ball yet but I am trying. I have one at work and one at home. I sit on the one at work for a couple hours each day. I am working on balance and building my stomach muscles.

It was on some site called mansion something or something mansion if I remember right. I am happy to hear that I can get the cheaper ones and not sacrifice anything. Right now I have been working on push-ups and for some reason I was thinking these might help. Is that right?

They certainly make push ups more challenging it makes it more unstable, so works your core more!

That is what I was thinking. We have some errands to run this weekend so I am going to stop by a few stores to see what in store pricing looks like. If they are all bad I will just bundle the order with my next Amazon shopping trip.

The PT has me squatting with one on my back/wall with dumbbells... I swear I'm just going to role off it and on my rear end one day!
