I'm so lazy
if I was goin to the gym, I know I'd be more proactive cos I'd be leaving te house to exercise, but cos I'm supposedly working out from home, I'm really lacking in motivation! I'll sit there in the evenings and be like fuck it, I'll just stay sat on my arse!
So what motivates you guys? I do usually do it in fits and starts, I'll go in all guns blazing and then it tails off (usually around the time af visits). And now my holiday's been and gone, I don't have the bikini motivation either!
