Foam roller ?

do any of you have one ? Do you like it ?

A friend recommend one for me to use to relieve built up tension after workout etc...

I don't have one but recently been advised to get one due to injury but you can also use a tennis ball ...

Read under number 2 about a foam roller or he now ball for tight muscles/tissues.

yes heard about the tennis ball but more for under the feet.

Wobbles you think you have IT band syndrome with your knee ?
