Sparkly Exercise

Morning!

Yesterday the postman delivered the Strictly Come Dancing - Strictly Fit DVD's which I am going to try out today.

Has anyone else done these? Also, are they just a bit of a faddy thing, will they do anything for me? Or is it just good that I am moving about more - whatever way I do it? I used to ballroom dance back in the days when I was slim, and I know I felt like I had exercised afterwards, so I am hoping any movement is good movement

That sounds amazing! They should definitely work, anything that keeps you moving, and fun too! I've got an old camilla dallerup DVD which I've used a couple of times, but tbh it was really basic and I didn't feel like I got a lot out of it!

It was actually very good fun, I tried the one with Flavia and Kelly Brook (there is another disc with Karen and Erin) - though Kelly is a bit lapse at saying what she is doing next (sometimes says turn after she's turned haha) I also tried the Biggest loser 10 min cardio burn - which for my level of fitness and fatness was perfect.

Any kind of extra movement you do now that you weren't doing before is going to burn extra calories... it's easier to stick with it if you love it!
